Who we are

PartsManage is software for auto and heavy-equipment spare-parts wholesalers, built and operated by Isloo Tech ("we", "us"), based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

This notice explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers both this website and the PartsManage application.

Two different kinds of data

Information about you. Details you give us directly — your name, shop name, phone number, email, city — when you request a demo, become a customer, or contact support. We decide how this is used, within what this notice says.

Your business data. Everything you enter into PartsManage: your parts catalogue, customers and suppliers, invoices, payments, ledgers and stock. This belongs to your business. We store and process it only to run the service for you, follow your instructions, and keep it safe. We do not mine it, sell it, or use it to build anything else.

What we collect

When you visit this website

• What you type into the demo form: name, shop name, phone number, and optionally city, what software you use now, and your message.
• Standard technical information our hosting records on every request — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, date and time. This is used for security and to keep the site working.

When you use PartsManage

• Account details for your shop and each user you create: name, phone, email, role and permissions.
• Sign-in and activity records — when a user signs in, and which actions they take in the system (sales, payments, stock corrections). This is the audit trail that lets you trace a mistake.
• Your business data, as described above.
• Billing details if you are a paying customer — company name, address, and payment references.

Why we use it

• To answer your demo request and arrange a visit.
• To provide the service — hosting your data, running the application, and supporting you.
• To set you up — importing your existing catalogue and balances during migration.
• To bill you and keep the records a business is required to keep.
• To keep the service secure — detecting abuse, investigating problems, maintaining backups.
• To tell you about the service — changes, maintenance, and new features. We do not send marketing to your customers, ever.

We do not sell personal information, we do not show advertising, and we do not share your data with other dealers.

WhatsApp

The demo form on this website prepares a message and opens it in WhatsApp so you can send it to us. When you do that, the message travels through WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, not ours. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, email or call us instead — the details are at the end of this page.

If you enable WhatsApp messaging inside PartsManage to send invoices, statements or payment reminders, those messages are sent to the numbers you choose, through WhatsApp, on your instruction and under your business's name.

Who else is involved

We keep the number of outside parties deliberately small. The ones we rely on are:

• Our hosting provider, which runs the servers and stores the encrypted database and backups.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when messages are sent through it.
• Content delivery networks that serve this website's fonts and code libraries (Google Fonts, jsDelivr, cdnjs). When your browser loads this page it requests files from them, which means they receive your IP address and browser details. They are not given your demo form data.
• Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it or to establish or defend a legal claim.

How we protect it

• Connections to the website and the application are encrypted using HTTPS.
• The database and its backups are stored encrypted, not as plain files.
• Backups run daily and are retained for 30 days.
• Each customer's data is kept separate — one shop cannot see another's parts, prices or parties.
• Access inside your shop is controlled by the roles you set. Your counter staff do not see profit, balances or investor screens unless you allow it.
• Our own staff access customer data only when you ask us to — for support, migration or fixing a fault — and that access is logged.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you promptly and explain what happened and what we are doing about it.

How long we keep it

• Demo enquiries that do not become customers: 12 months, then deleted.
• Customer data: for as long as your subscription is active.
• After you leave: we keep your data for 30 days so you can still request an export, then delete it from live systems. Encrypted backups age out within a further 30 days.
• Invoices and accounting records: kept as long as Pakistani tax and company law requires.

What you can ask us to do

At any time you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• export your business data — you can also do this yourself from inside PartsManage, in one click;
• delete your data, subject to records we must keep by law;
• stop sending you service or marketing messages.

Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If your request concerns data belonging to a shop that uses PartsManage — for example you are that shop's customer — please contact the shop directly, since the records are theirs; we will help them answer you.

Children

PartsManage is business software. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Where the change is significant, we will tell customers by email or inside the application before it takes effect.
